The Hershey High Musical/Valentine Day Luncheon will be this Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Hershey Country Club in the Picard Pavilion starting at Noon. The luncheon will feature a sneak preview of the Hershey High School 2018 musical Peter Pan. Guests and walk-ins are welcome to the meeting on February 12th, however, reservations in advance are preferred. The Hershey Community Youth Alliance will be holding its Annual Talent Show on March 10, 2018 at Hershey High School. There will be more than 20 acts from talented Hershey High School and Milton Hershey School students. You do not want to miss this outstanding presentation of talent. Look for additional information closer to the event. Admission is FREE.
The District 7390 Conference is scheduled for April 27th and Apr 28, 2018 at the Harrisburg Hilton 1 North 2nd Street in Harrisburg. The Hershey Rotary Club is always well represented at the District Conference, please mark your calendars and plan to attend.
Our District Training Assembly is scheduled for Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg (1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill). Registration and a hot breakfast buffet will be held from 7:30 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. The training sessions will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m. after the luncheon. The cost is $45 per person. All Rotarians are encouraged to attend. The break-out sessions during the morning will be fast-paced and interactive. Registration deadline is March 9, 2018. Join us at District Training Assembly to learn more about how to “Be The Inspiration”! Note: The Rotary Club of Hershey WILL pay the registration fee for this District Training session on March 17, 2018. The Club does NOT pay registration and costs for all members to attend the District Conference on April 27 and 28, 2018. That was a misunderstanding communicated by the President.
