4 Paul Harris Plus Fellows are honored

Congratulations to our Paul Harris Fellow Plus recipients - Dale Achenbach, Kirk Sponaugle, Claude Swartzbaugh and Bruce Dieffenbach. District Governor Kevin Cogan was in attendance to honor the recipients. These members have given of themselves to the mission of Rotary for decades.
