Ken is responsible for the local real estate investment portfolio containing 3\,000 acres with a value of over $120 million\, which currently produces +/- $3.5 mi llion in annual net operating income. In this role\, Ken was responsible for negotiating and overseeing the development of large real estate inv estments including Vista School\, Troegs\, and Select Medical. Management and rentals of more than 100 mixed-type residential r ental in and around Hershey. Another recent example is collaborating with the PA State Police and Department of General Services on transferring land for construction of the new State Police Academy. Ken also assists in planning and zoning for campus real estate (over 7\,000 acres). In t his role\, Ken led the rezoning efforts to build the original Venice Camp us (2004) and added the former Hershey Links Golf Course (2016)\, which together created the 550-acre Legacy Campus. Ken is a graduate of Mille rsville University and holds a MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
