“You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.” - John Bunyan

The Hershey Rotary Club is honored to sponsor the Interact Club (Hershey Community Youth Alliance) and two Rotaract Clubs - one at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and the International Affairs Association/Rotaract Club (IAA/RC) at Penn State Harrisburg.  And the young people never cease to amaze us!

The IAA/RC at Penn State Harrisburg is just one of over 85 registered clubs and student organizations at Penn State Harrisburg. IAA/RC was recognized as the "Club of The Year"!  In Hershey, the students at Hershey High School raised over $28,000 in their 2nd Walk for Clean Water - which is the largest clean water walk in Pennsylvania!

Many schools are involved in the "THON" efforts through Penn State. THON is a student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer.  This year, Hershey High School students raised over $50,000 for THON (in addition to the gifts of their families given directly at the Med Center); Milton Hershey School students raised over $100,000!!  All of these young people are true leaders in their generation, and we support and applaud their efforts to live the Rotary motto of "Service Above Self".
